Theo’s RV Park sits on 20 acres of excellently maintained grounds and includes an inground swimming pool, updated shower house and restroom, 24 x 40 communal building with laundry facility, pickleball court, basketball court, covered pavilion, available grills, and a fire pit area. Leashed pets welcome. Ample boat and off road trailer parking.
Rates include your site, sewer, water, and electric hookup (30 and 50 amps).
Electric is available for an additional fee for annual RVs.

Theo's RV Park is a short drive to beautiful Bull Shoals Lake, boat launch, beach, marina (boat slips and boat rentals), golf course, disc golf course. It is also within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, a liquor store, hardware store, bank, and a gas station.

Enjoy fun with the whole family at either of these cabins near Bull Shoals Lake, situated in the town of Theodosia close to all town amenities. The cabin is just up the hill from the lake, boat launch, and marina, and is within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, a bank, and a liquor store. There is a nice shared pool , pickleball court, basketball court and newly updated shower house and restrooms.

This adorable cabin is located at the front of Theo's RV Park property and is available to rent through Airbnb. It accommodates 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

This is a brand new cabin ready for all your memories to be made here. Located in Theo’s RV Park in the heart of Theodosia.
The space
The cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is queen bed in bedroom downstairs and 2 queens in the upstairs bedroom. In the loft area there is a daybed with a trundle bed underneath.

No pets please unless approved by owner and there will be a pet fee.
