Theo’s RV Park sits on 20 acres of excellently maintained grounds and includes an inground swimming pool, updated shower house and restroom, 24 x 40 communal building with laundry facility, pickleball court, basketball court, covered pavilion, available grills, and a fire pit area. Leashed pets welcome. Ample boat and off road trailer parking.
Rates include your site, sewer, water, and electric hookup (30 and 50 amps).
Electric is available for an additional fee for annual RVs.

Theo's RV Park is a short drive to beautiful Bull Shoals Lake, boat launch, beach, marina (boat slips and boat rentals), golf course, disc golf course. It is also within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, a liquor store, hardware store, bank, and a gas station.

Enjoy fun with the whole family at this cabin near Bull Shoals Lake, situated in the town of Theodosia close to all town amenities. The cabin is just up the hill from the lake, boat launch, and marina, and is within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, a bank, and a liquor store. There is a nice shared pool with newly updated shower house and restrooms.
